Building Permit Fee Schedules
Schedule A (contact Code Official) is used for construction of new buildings and additions, residential and non-residential.
Schedule “B" (Click to Download) is used for construction on existing residential buildings involving renovation, remodeling of same, and repair or replacement of existing electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing systems.
Schedule “C" (Click to Download) is used for construction on existing non-residential buildings involving renovation, remodeling of same, and repair or replacement of existing electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing systems.
Schedule “D" (Click to Download) is used for all other construction activities including: building moving, building demolition, swimming pool construction, installation of manufactured homes, erection of signs and replacement or reconnection of an electrical service.
